Frequency Asked Questions

What is Mindwalk Yoga?

We’re an online yoga studio offering on-demand and livestream yoga and well-being classes and practices.

Who can become a member of Mindwalk Yoga and how much does it cost?

Everyone. We welcome all ethnicities and identities. We have a 7-day free trial for newbies, and a monthly membership is £14.99 after that. You can cancel your trial or membership at any time.

What does the online studio offer members?

300+ on-demand yoga classes from our wonderful teachers and monthly member’s livestream classes.

What's it like?

On-demand classes mean you can practice anywhere, at home or on the go. Download Mindwalk-Yoga from the App Store or Google Play to explore. Livestream monthly classes are an opportunity to practice with other members and meet the teachers.

What do I need to join?

Just yourself, a wifi connected device and an intention to make time for you. You can practice in any comfortable clothes and use household items like pillows, chairs and books to support your practice.

What if I'm a beginner?

That's fine. We have all-level livestream classes and a diverse range of on-demand practices from Vinyasa Flow, Chair Yoga, Guided Meditations, Sound Baths, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Anxiety and lots more.

How are you legally set up?

We are a not-for-profit social enterprise set up as a Community Interest Company (CIC) - so we have a triple bottom line - people, planet & profit. Our social mission is to make yoga inclusive and to represent Black people in yoga. We are partly funded by grants that help cover our core costs.

Why are you led by Black women?

As a collective of teachers and staff, we are all Black women - intentionally centring Black people, our minds and our bodies. Something that isn’t happening in a lot of mainstream yoga spaces.
